New Year, New Blog

Happy New Year everyone, here’s to a very happy, healthy and successful one for us all.

I have decided to write a blog detailing my aim to loose weight and get fit whilst looking after my two adoptive children. I ran the London marathon last year but since then I have put on a little weight and have not been to the gym as much as I should have. I do struggle with binge eating and love a glass of wine (or two) at the end of a busy/stressful day!!

Last night we stayed in but I did have quite a few white wines and feel lousy today! We have my 92 year old Grandma staying for New Year, so Im trying very hard not to show that I have a hangover in front of her!!

I have been inspired by starting my weight loss regime by Stuart Amory @InKilterFitness on Twitter. As per his instructions I have weighed and measured myself this morning- here are the results:

I am 41 and I am 5 foot 8 inches.

Weight is now 11 stone 10 pounds and my aim is to be 9 stone 13????

Bust – 102 cms, tummy 91 cms and bum is 104 cms.

I wont have much time to go to the gym today as we are off out later but I’m going to try so hard for tomorrow when we also have my parents over for another family get together with a dreaded finger buffet!!!!!

I do have a Personal Trainer at my David Lloyd Gym and Ive booked a PT session for Monday morning at 11.30am!!!!

PS..Whilst I am writing this, Timmy is passing the chocolate biscuits around but Ive said NO – Yeah!!!!!
